Ingredients
roast –
- 3 lbs chuck roast beef, 2″ cubes
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- 1 large onion sliced
- 6 garlic cloves sliced
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter sliced
sauce –
- 1 cup barbecue sauce Sweet Baby Ray’s
- 1/4 cup A1 steak sauce or favorite steak sauce
- 2 Tbsp hot sauce any brand, optional
Instructions
- Cube the meat into 2” pieces.
- Add the meat to the slow cooker and season all sides. Then add the sliced onion, sliced garlic cloves, and sliced butter.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high heat for 4-5 hours.
- Once the meat is cooked and tender, remove it from the crockpot. Add the meat to a baking dish and cover with the barbecue sauce mixture.
- Broil the meat on high for a couple of minutes or until the meat is crispy.
- Serve, and enjoy friends!
