Recipe FAQs

Do you need to sear the meat before cooking?

This recipe doesn’t require that because we broil the meat at the end for a good crust!

How do you know that the meat is done cooking?

Test the meat with a fork; if it shreds easily, it is done. If you have to apply force to shred it, give it some more time.

Can a different cut of meat be used?

Yes, you can use a chuck roast, short ribs, or stew meat for this recipe!

Store & Reheat
