Do your kids come home from school starving? Unsure what to feed them, because they are tired of the same thing over and over? Oh let me introduce you to your new favorite after school recipe. I can just sense the excitement you are feeling. I love these sliders because they are great for so many occasions. There are oh so wonderful if you are hosting brunch for friends, or a lazy dinner with a wonderful salad, and of course after school deliciousness. Even though the sliders themselves are wonderful – the homemade honey mustard sauce is just, wow, and take the sliders to a whole new level! Once you try the sauce you will never want to purchase store bought honey mustard sauce. (P.S. If you haven’t tried my chicken, mushrooms and bacon recipe with this honey mustard sauce I am sharing today, you truly are missing out. Head over to the recipe and be inspired for dinner this week.) These sliders with ham, melted cheese and honey mustard sauce is just something you cannot explain, unless you give it a try. It’s kind of like trying to explain to someone how hard it is to raise children to someone who doesn’t have kids, lol. Kind of impossible. 😉
We host a girls’ youth Bible study in our home. I love making food for them, it’s such an honor for me. They get to be the first ones to try my new recipes and experiments. I served them this recipe a few weeks ago, it was a huge hit! They loved it. Awww, makes my heart sing. 🙂
