How to make Crack Chicken-

  1. Pour 1/3 cup chicken broth into instant pot.
  2. Add whole chicken breasts to the pot.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine ingredients for the cream cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture over the chicken breasts.
  5. Top with cubed butter.
  6. Cook chicken and release with a quick release of pressure.
  7. Remove chicken from pot and shred with two forks.
