How to Make a No-Bake Cheesecake

Though it might seem intimidating and time-consuming when looking at this recipe, it truly isn’t. You can have this cake finished in just 40 minutes; it’s a true story.

Crust –

  1. Prepare a springform pan.
  2. Finely crush Oreos with a hand-held blender, reserving four Oreos. Crush the reserved Oreos and set them aside for decor.
  3. Add the melted butter to Oreo crumbs and mix well; press lightly into the bottom of a springform pan.

Cream Cheese Frosting –

  1. Beat the cream cheese until it’s creamy, add powdered sugar, and combine.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add whipped cream to cream cheese, and beat until combined; be careful not to overbeat.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly into two bowls. Add Nutella and cocoa powder into one of the bowls for the chocolate layer, then beat until combined.
  4. Gently spread the chocolate mixture over the Oreos.
  5. Take the remaining cream and reserve about 1/4 of it for décor. Carefully spread over the chocolate mixture.

Decorate the cake –

  1. Add the reserved crushed Oreos around the edges of the pan.
  2. Add the cherry filling in the center of the piped cheesecake.
  3. Take the reserved cream and pipe between the Oreos and pie filling.
  4. Refrigerate the cheesecake for 3-4 hours until it sets. Gently run a wet knife around the edges of the cheesecake to release edges.
  5. Remove the sides and transfer the cheesecake to a serving plate.

Ingredients

  • 14.3 oz Oreo's (reserve 4 Oreo) 1 pack
  • 5 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, room temp (3 packs)
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1/4 cup Nutella spread
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 10.5 oz cherry pie filling (1/2 can)

Instructions

  • Prepare a spring form pan. Cover bottom of the pan with parchment paper. Lightly spray pan with baking spray.
  • Finely crush Oreos, reserving four Oreos. Crush the reserved Oreos and set them aside. Add the melted butter to crumbs, mix well. Press crumbs lightly into bottom of springform pan.
  • Mix cream cheeses. Add powdered sugar to cream cheese and combine.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Addthe whipped cream to cream cheese, beat on low until combined.
  • Divide cream into two bowls. Add Nutella and cocoa powder into one bowl for the chocolate layer. Mix until combined. Gently spread the chocolate cream over the Oreos.
  • Take the remaining cream and set aside about 1/4 of the cream. Gently spread over the chocolate mixture.
  • Take the reserved Oreos and add around edges of the pan. In the middle of the cake, add the canned cherries.
  • Take the reserved cream and decorate between the crushed Oreos and pie filling.
  • Refrigerate for at leave 3-4 hours. Gently unlock the springform pan and remove sides. Transfer the cake to a platter. Enjoy.
