how to make peanut butter parfaits-

PREPARE BASE (CRUMBS): Prepare the crumbs by crushing the graham crackers and mixing them with the butter. If you like A LOT of crumbs, double the crumb recipe. TIP: You can also substitute graham crackers for vanilla wafers or Oreos with great results. 🙂

PREPARE MOUSSE: Beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form; add the powdered sugar and beat until well incorporated. Cream together the peanut butter and cream cheese in another bowl (using the same whisks). For the heavy whipping cream in the peanut butter mixture, mix with a spatula to combine.

ASSEMBLE: Add some crumb mixture to the bottom of the jars, add the peanut butter mixture, and add just a few more crumbs over the parfait. You can enjoy it immediately or refrigerate it for later use.

Optional: You can add whipped cream before serving and chocolate syrup, if desired. If you like nuts, add some to the top of the parfait.
