poppy seed dressing-

When a homemade salad dressing is as easy as this poppy seed dressing, you don’t need to buy store-bought with so many unnecessary additives. We love serving the dressing with our light Strawberry Spinach Salad – it gives it so much flavor!

The dressing has the perfect balance of tanginess from the balsamic vinegar and dijon mustard, sweetness from the honey while the mayo gives it the creaminess the dressing needs. The olive oil brings the flavors together and the garlic gives it an unexpected pop of flavor. This dressing is irresistibly delicious.
