The dressing has the perfect balance of tanginess from the balsamic vinegar and dijon mustard, sweetness from the honey while the mayo gives it the creaminess the dressing needs. So. The concept of sweet and savory in one salad is new to me. It’s just not something we grew up eating and I was always too afraid to try the combination.

This dressing I think is the best way to try a salad that is a bit out of your comfort zone as it binds all the flavors of the salad so well! So, anyone else out there like me, GO FOR IT! You won’t regret it.
