Ingredients

– white rice – lime juice – cilantro – corn – chicken thighs – oil – romaine lettuce – avocado

Cook rice according to package instructions. Serve plain or drizzle with olive oil and chopped cilantro.

HOW TO MAKE A CHIPOTLE BOWL

In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the chicken seasoning.

Generously season both sides of the chicken with the seasoning. Cook chicken until juicy and fully cooked. Cover to keep warm.

If you want the corn hot, saute over medium heat with butter, this is optional.

Chop and prepare all the toppings for the bowl.
