A mouth-watering Baked Boneless Chicken Thigh recipe you will make on repeat! Boneless and skinless chicken thighs in a flavorful seasoning then baked until crispy on the outside yet tender and juicy on the inside.
In a bowl, combine olive oil and minced garlic. Layout chicken thighs and coat with oil mixture (on both sides).
In a bowl, combine the salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and paprika.
Season both sides of chicken with the seasoning and cover bowl. Set aside to marinate at least 2 hours (*see note).
Transfer chicken thighs to a 9"x13" baking dish. Bake covered 45 minutes at 400°F for 35-45 minutes, until internal reading is 165°F. (For extra crispy chicken, broil for few minutes before removing from oven.)

Note: Marinading at least 2 hours will yield best results. If you don't have two hours, still bake the chicken it will still be great.
