Chicken Quesadilla Recipe
Amazing quesadilla recipe. Chicken and cheese stuffed flour tortillas cooked until crispy on the outside and cheesy on the inside. You can have these done in 10 minutes.
Appetizer, Main Course, Side Dish
cream cheese, room temp
cheddar or Mexican cheese
sriracha sauce or RedHot sauce
dash of salt, pepper and paprika
burrito flour tortillas
sour cream for dipping, optional
Combine the chicken, cream cheese, ranch, cheese, sriracha, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix with a fork or blend
Spread some of the chicken mixture on one half of a tortilla. Bring the other side over and pat down.
Drizzle oil into a large skillet (or keep dry) heat oil. Cook about 2-3 minutes, per side (until tortillas are crispy and filling is hot).
(If you don’t use all the mixture up, just keep it closed and refrigerated. It will taste just fine the following day.)
