This simple wafers and pudding dessert is perfect for any occasion. This no-bake dessert is filled with wafers, vanilla, drizzled with chocolate and fruits on top.
Crush the wafers into small pieces. Spread about 2/3 of the wafers onto the bottom of a glass dish.
Whisk together cold milk and instant pudding for about 1½ minutes, until it begins to thicken.
In a small bowl, with a mixer, beat cream cheese. Add cream cheese and condensed milk to the pudding. Beat just until everything is incorporated. Add the cool whip, beat again.
Starting on the sides and then into the middle, pour the pudding mixture into the glass dish and over the wafers. Spread pudding evenly.
Take the remaining wafers and crush them until they are fine. Spread over the pudding.
Prepare the chocolate (this is optional). On medium heat, in a small saucepan, combine milk chocolate and heavy whipping cream. Mix until all of the chocolate has melted, remove from heat. Let the chocolate cool. Drizzle over the wafers. (I just put it in a freezer bag and snip off a tiny corner so the drizzles are thin).
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight). Enjoy!.
