Avocado Bacon and Tomato Canapes

baguette, sliced

bacon, cooked

campari tomatoes, sliced

large avocado

cream cheese
salt & pepper, to taste

fresh lemon or lime juice

garlic clove, minced
cilantro, optional

Instructions
Slice baguette into 24 slices.
Bake in preheated oven to 365˚F for about 8-10 minutes. Set aside to completely cool.
Cut bacon into small pieces and fry until golden. Transfer to a plate lined with a paper towel.
Combine avocado, cream cheese, lime juice, and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Slice the tomato into 4 slices, depending on how large the tomato is.
Generously spread the creamy avocado mixture onto each slice of baguette.
Add the tomato slices, about 2 or 3 halves onto each baguette.
Add bacon pieces. If desired add freshly chopped cilantro or parsley (optional).
