  • Preheat the oven to 425˚Fn and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Peel and rinse the potatoes, and submerge in cold water.
  • Cut into ¼-inch thin strands, and rinse under cold water. Completely pat dry with a paper towel.
  • In a large bowl, add the potatoes, oil, and all the seasoning. Mix until well incorporated.
  • Baked for 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fries. Then broil for 2-3 minutes or until crispy.
  • Serve, and enjoy friends!

Notes

  • You can use your favorite brand of potatoes: Idaho potatoes or russett potatoes work best in this recipe.
  • Make sure you oven is preheated before placing the baking sheet in the oven.
  • For crispiest fries, be sure to pat the fries dry before seasoning.
