Oven Baked French Fries Recipe
Savor the guilt-free indulgence of baked french fries, where thinly cut potato strips are seasoned to perfection and baked to a crispy golden brown. These healthier alternatives to traditional deep-fried fries offer the same irresistible taste and texture with a fraction of the oil.
Preheat the oven to 425˚Fn and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Peel and rinse the potatoes, and submerge in cold water.
Cut into ¼-inch thin strands, and rinse under cold water. Completely pat dry with a paper towel.
In a large bowl, add the potatoes, oil, and all the seasoning. Mix until well incorporated.
Baked for 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fries. Then broil for 2-3 minutes or until crispy.
