  • 2/3 cup tomatoes, cubed
  • 2 large avocados, cubed
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp jalapenos, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • tsp table salt
  • pinch of sugar


  • Cube tomatoes and avocados. Finely chop onions, jalapeños and cilantro.
  • In a large bowl combine the tomatoes, avocadoes, onion, cilantro, jalapenos and garlic. If a smooth consistency is desired instead of chunky, mash with a fork.
  • Drizzle with lime, lemon and season with salt and sugar. Mix to combine.
  • Serve and enjoy!
