Easy Peach Cobbler

Peach Filling: 5 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced 1/4 cup granulated sugar 3 Tbsp whole milk (or half and half)
Melt butter and set aside to cool.
Peel and slice peaches into even slices. Toss the peach slices with the 1/4 sugar.
Add peaches to a 9"x13" casserole dish, pour the 3 Tbsp milk over the peaches.
In a bowl, combine together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and vanilla.
Pour the butter into the dry ingredients. Softly mix until it becomes a crumble.
Distribute the crumble topping evenly over the peaches.
Bake for 375° for 35-45 minutes until bubbly and the crumble topping crispy.
Serve cobbler warm with vanilla ice cream.
