Ingredients

unsalted butter, room temp

cream cheese, room temp

granulated sugar

vanilla extract

all-purpose flour, measured then sifted

walnuts, finely chopped

powdered sugar

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a bowl cream together the butter, cream cheese, sugar, salt, and vanilla.
Combine flour and chopped walnuts. Add to the cream mixture and mix until well incorporated.
Shape the dough into 24 equal-sized balls, and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until the tops of the cookies turn golden.
Roll slightly cooled cookies in powdered sugar until completely coated.
Serve, and enjoy friends!
Notes
Make sure you are using room temperature butter and cream cheese for solid incorporation of the ingredients.
Be sure to make all your cookies equal in shape so
that they all bake evenly.
Cookies may be stored for up to a week in the fridge, so they are great to make in advance.
