Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F and prep a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
Slice peeled potatoes into fries, about a ½-inch thick.
Arrange fries on the baking sheet and drizzle with oil, tossing to combine.
In a small bowl combine the seasonings and disperse seasoning evenly over sweet potatoes and toss until fries are seasoned.
Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until golden and the fries have reached the desired doneness.
Serve the fries with your favorite dip and enjoy!
Notes
Don't overcrowd the pan
: Leave space between each fry to ensure they cook evenly and don’t steam.
Shape of the fries:
Don’t be afraid to experiment with the shape of your fries! Cut into thick or thin strips, and even wedges for a fun variation!
Crispy fries:
For an extra crunch factor, broil your fries for a few minutes after baking. They will develop a slight char that is great for flavor.
