In a large bowl, combine the oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika. Add the salmon fillets into the marinade and allow to marinate for at least a half an hour (or overnight).
Spray or oil the grill grates. Preheat the grill to high heat.
Place salmon onto the grates. Cook the salmon 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon reaches 145°F internal heat.
Remove from the grill and top with freshly squeezed lemon juice and enjoy.
Notes
Bake method-
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 400°F.
Add the marinated salmon onto a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for about 12-15 minutes.
Air fryer method-
Spray the air fryer basket with baking spray and add the fillets to the basket.
