Club Sandwich

A classic club sandwich recipe that is layered with turkey breast, ham, bacon, tomato, lettuce, and mayo between 3 slices of bread. The sandwich is the perfect lunch recipe.

Ingredients

  • 6 slices sandwich bread, toasted
  • 4 oz turkey breast
  • 4 oz ham
  • 2 slices white american cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 3/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/3 cup mayo or spicy mayo

Instructions

  • Toast the bread slices, slice the tomatoes, and shred the lettuce.
  • Arrange the three bread slices on a platter and generously spread one side of all three bread slices with mayo.
  • Top the first slice of the bread with the turkey, tomatoes, and cheese and close with the second slice of bread with mayo side downward.
  • Spread mayo on the second bread slice and add ham, bacon, and lettuce and close with the last slice of bread, mayo side down.
  • Repeat with one more sandwich and secure the clubs with sandwich picks and cut into 4 pieces.
