Ingredients

2 lbs chicken drumsticks
3 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp mayonnaise

seasoning-

1½ tsp salt, or to taste
½ tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp ground paprika
½ tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a small bowl prepare seasoning, combine together the salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
In a separate bowl, combine mayo and oil.
In a large bowl, add the chicken drumsticks and pat dry. Add mayo mixture and coat chicken. Seasoning the chicken on all sides and toss to combine.
Marinate for atleast 30 minutes, up to overnight.
Add the marinated chicken drumsticks to the prepared baking sheet and bake at 40-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.

Notes

Marinating Chicken- You want to marinate these drumsticks for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
