Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich

Ingredients
- 12 chocolate chip cookies
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 8 oz chocolate chips or sprinkles
Instructions
- Prepare the chocolate chip cookies according to package instructions. Once baked, allow the cookies to cool completely.
- Then freeze the cookies for about 10-15 minutes.
- Lay half of the cookies upside down and scoop about 1-2 scoops of ice cream onto the cookie.
- Top with another cookie and push down to create a sandwich.
- Add the chocolate chip morsels to a bowl and roll the cookie sandwich in the chocolate chips, allowing the morsels to stick to the morsels.
- Freeze the cookie sandwiches until the ice cream freezes again and until you are ready to serve.
