In a mason jar or coffee press, add the ground coffee and then pour in the water and stir.
Transfer to the fridge and allow to steep 16-18 hours!
Pour the brewed coffee through a thin strainer or cheesecloth, to avoid the beans from going through.
Discard the beans and pour the coffee into a clean pitcher or jar.

COLD BREW RATIO- To achieve the perfect batch of cold brew coffee just be sure to always follow the ratio, 1:4. For every 1 cup of water, you want to use 1/4 cup of ground coffee.
