Juicy Grilled Chicken Kebabs with Lime
Easy, tender and juicy recipe for Grilled Chicken Kebabs with Lime recipe. I love the mayo, chili and hot sauce marinade, it gives the chicken so much flavor.
- 3 lbs chicken breast, boneless skinless (or thighs)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Sriracha sauce (Tibasco or hot sauce will work)
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 lime, juice dividen
Cut chicken into about 1" thick pieces.
Prepare marinade: combine mayo, chili sauce, garlic, hot sauce, salt, pepper, and onion. Pour marinade over chicken, add onion slices, add 1 tbsp lime juice, mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4-6 hours.
Add chicken to skewers. Grill 12-15 minutes on med/high turning as needed so all sides are cooked (cooking time will vary depending on your grill).
Once the chicken is cooked, squeeze fresh lime juice over chicken, gently toss and serve.
