Creamy Cold Crab Dip Recipe
Creamy Crab Dip in a garlic cream cheese mixture with crab, jalapenos and red pepper, served cold. The dip is ready in 10 minutes and makes a wonderful appetizer or side dish for parties.
- 8 oz crab meat
- 6 canned jalapeno rings, finely chopped
- 1/3 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 celery stick, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 3 ounces cream cheese, room temp
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- salt & pepper, to taste
- tabasco or sriracha, optional
- serve with crackers, bagel crisps or tortilla chips
