Grilled Chicken Kabobs Recipe
Recipe for grilled chicken kabobs with an herb, mayo and oil marinade. The chicken marinade tenderazes the chicken and they become so juicy and flavor packed. This is our go-to recipe for barbecues during grillign season.
chicken kabobs marinade-
- 1/3 cup real mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup olive oil (ior canola oil)
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp ground pepper
- 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup cilantro, finely chopped
Cut chicken into 1” pieces.
Finely chop herbs. In a bowl combine all the ingredients for the marinade.
Toss to coat the chicken in the marinade. Cover dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Add chicken pieces to the wooden skewers.
Grill over medium heat, turning as needed until chicken is through.
Marinade- The chicken can be marinated for 30 minutes or overnight.
Chicken thighs may be substituted for the chicken breast.
