Chicken Alfredo Bake

A creamy Chicken Alfredo Bake made with tender pasta, juicy chicken breast tossed in a creamy homemade Alfredo sauce and loaded with cheese then baked to perfection!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

alfredo sauce-

  • 6 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup whole milk or 2%
  • 1 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper, to taste

pan seared chicken-

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Cook the pasta, al dente, according to package directions. Drain and add a 9”x13” casserole dish.
  • Meanwhile, prepare our Pan-Seared Chicken Breast. Slice the chicken into thin strands and add to the casserole dish.
  • Make 1 ½ portion of our creamy Alfredo Sauce and pour into the baking dish and toss to combine.
  • Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
    Bake at 375°F uncoverd for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and the cheese has melted.
  • Garnish with freshly grated parmesan cheese and chopped greens,
    Serve and enjoy.
