Boil the eggs, allow to completely cool.
Saute the bacon, transfer to paper towel and allow to completely cool.
Tear the romaine (or lettuce) and into a bowl as the first layer.
Thinly slice peppers and place on top of the lettuce.
Thinly slice radishes and add over the peppers.
Add the peas (don't use canned).
Chop the green onion and add over top of peas.
Carefully, spread the mayo, then the Parmesan cheese and some freshly grated pepper. (Reserve about a tablespoon of cheese to sprinkle on top of the eggs.)
Add the cooled bacon.
Slice the tomatoes and place atop the bacon.
Sliced the cooled eggs, add overtop of tomatoes.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese. Add some freshly grated pepper.
