Crab Stuffed Salmon

An easy recipe for Crab Stuffed Salmon! Juicy salmon fillet loaded with a cheesy crab filling. Thi is the ultimate stuffed salmon recipe!

  • 1 pound salmon fillet




  • Preheat the oven to 365°F and line a 9x13 baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the salmon seasoning.
  • Cut the salmon into 3 fillets. Make a cut in the middle of each fillet, not cutting all the way through. Rub all sides of the fillets with the seasoning using a pastry brush.
  • In a large bowl, add the chopped crab, chopped celery, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, mayo, shredded cheese, pepper, Italian seasoning and melted butter and mix until well combined.
  • Open the salmon and stuff with the crab stuffing, repeat with all of the fillets. Cover with foil.
  • Bake at 365°F for 10 minutes and an additional 10-15 minutes uncovered, until cheese melts. Do not overbake the salmon.
  • Enjoy!


** You can use any of your favorite types of shredded cheese.
