Ham Mushroom Cheese Open-Faced Sandwich
Open-faced sandwich recipe (canapes) with ham, mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese. These are great for parties or even a lazy dinner.

Ingredients

ham, deli meat
1/2
cup
quartered cherry tomatoes
12

mushrooms

tsp
oil
1
cup
mexican four cheese

Tbsp
ranch dressing

Tbsp
mayo
2

cream cheese, room temp
salt & pepper, to taste

french bread, sliced

Instructions
Preheat oven to 355°F.
Clean and slice mushrooms. Add to
large skillet
with oil. Saute until golden brown, season with salt and pepper.
Chop ham and quarter tomatoes.
In a
bowl
combine Ranch, mayo, cream cheese, and lightly salt and pepper.
Slice French bread.
Spread the mixture onto bread slices.
Bake 10-12 minutes, or until bread is crispy.
Serve and Enjoy!
Notes
If you only use half the mixture. Just refrigerate the rest and it can be used the following day.
