Cauliflower Salad Recipe
This Cauliflower Salad Recipe is the perfect salad for potlucks. It's easy to make and the cauliflower, meat, cucumbers and red peppers with a mayo dressing work so well together. Keto diet approved.
- 1/2 head of cauliflower, into small florets
- 1 small cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 red pepper, cubed
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 lb doktorskaya kolbasa (bologna), cubed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper, to taste to taste
Cut your cauliflower into small even-sized florets.
Slice the cucumber.
Cube the red pepper.
Thinly chop the green onion.
Cube the bologna.
Add mayo, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Serve.
