Bologna Salad Recipe with Cauliflower
This Bologna Salad Recipe with cauliflower and veggies is so easy to make and loaded with so many flavors. The crunchy bologna meat paired with cauliflower florets, red peppers, and cucumber come together so well.
- 1/4 lb bologna, cubed
- 1/2 head of cauliflower, into small florets
- 1/2 red pepper, cubed
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 small cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper, to taste to taste
Cut bologna into even cubes. Cut the cauliflower into small even-sized florets. Cube the red pepper, chop the green onion, and slice the cucumbers.
Add all the ingredients to a large serving bowl. Toss with mayo and season to taste.
