Marinated Mushrooms Salad

Easy marinated mushrooms and peppers salad with Italian dressing.

  • 30 oz canned mushroom
  • 1 pepper
  • red or sweet onion, optional
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing


  • Drain mushrooms and rinse thoroughly. Cover mushrooms with cold water.
  • Slice peppers into thin strands.
  • Drain mushrooms and pat dry. Add mushrooms, peppers, and dressing to bowl. Mix well. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
