Crab Corn Egg Salad

Salad with crab, cucumber, corn, and egg in a mayo dressing.

  • 5 eggs, cooked
  • 8 oz crab meat
  • 3 mini cucumbers, julienned
  • 2 cups corn
  • 3 Tbsp. dill, chopped finely
  • 1/3 cup mayo


  • Cut the eggs, crab, cucumbers (either julienne or cubed). 
  • Place all of the ingredients in a bowl.  Mix. Enjoy.


Salad stays refrigerated for a few days. Keep covered.
