original baby Swiss cheese
4
tomato slices
1/2
avocado, sliced

Tbsp
fresh basil, chopped

eggs

balsamic glaze

Instructions
Slice the English muffins in half. Place 2 slices of Swiss cheese onto each muffin.
Toast in the oven at 400°F until the cheese melts and muffins are desired crunchiness (5-8 min.)
Slice the tomato into thin slices. Slice 1/2 an avocado into thin slices, using 1/4 on each sandwich. Chop the basil.
Cook 2 eggs with 1 tsp oil.
Place the tomato, avocado, egg, and basil on top of the English muffins. Drizzle the
balsamic glaze
on top.
