This

produces the most tender beef. The beef is slow-cooked in the crockpot to juicy perfection and then finished with a delicious barbecue sauce.

Ingredients
roast -
3
lbs
chuck roast
beef, 2″ cubes
2
tsp
salt
1
tsp
ground black pepper
2
bay leaves
1
tsp
ground paprika
1
large onion
sliced
6
garlic cloves
sliced

Tbsp
unsalted butter
sliced
sauce -
1
cup
barbecue sauce
Sweet Baby Ray’s
1/4
cup
A1 steak sauce
or favorite steak sauce

hot sauce

Instructions
Cube the meat into 2” pieces.
Add the meat to the slow cooker and season all sides. Then add the sliced onion, sliced garlic cloves, and sliced butter.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high heat for 4-5 hours.
Once the meat is cooked and tender, remove it from the crockpot. Add the meat to a baking dish and cover with the barbecue sauce mixture.
Broil the meat on high for a couple of minutes or until the meat is crispy.
Serve, and enjoy friends!
Notes
Cube meat into same-sized pieces for even cooking.
Store the leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
