Bacon Wrapped Chicken Recipe
Simple Bacon Wrapped Chicken Recipe perfect for parties or a quick dinner! Chicken wrapped in bacon, coated in seasoned browned sugar and baked until caramelized.
- 1½ lbs chicken breasts, boneless skinless (about 3)
- 16 oz pack bacon, regular slices
- 1 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- ½ tsp ground paprika
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp chili powder
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, pepper, garlic powder and chili powder. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the bacon strips in half. Cut the chicken breast into small bite-size pieces.
Wrap the bacon around the chicken pieces. Generously coat chicken with the brown sugar mixture.
Bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes, or until bacon is crispy.
