Breakfast Pancake Charcuterie Board
The most gorgeous Breakfast Pancake Charcuterie Board. Fluffy homemade pancakes with breakfast meats and all the pancake toppings spread out on a platter board.
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour, measured then sifted
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1 tsp canola oil divided, for cooking
- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter divided, for cooking
Into a blender, add the eggs, sugar, milk, melted butter, flour, salt and baking powder. Be sure to add the wet ingredients.
In a skillet, heat 1 tsp oil and 1/2 Tbsp butter.
Scoop batter mixture into a skillet. If not using a mold, use a 1/4 measuring cup for even-sized pancakes.
Once the batter bubbles, flip and cook until pancakes are fully cooked.
Create your breakfast board with the cooked pancakes. Enjoy!
