Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Pasta
Homemade Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Recipe. Juicy chicken breast with broccoli florets, pasta in a homemade alfredo sauce.

- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 1/2 lb chicken breasts, boneless skinless (about 2)
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 3 cups medium broccoli florets
- 1 recipe alfredo sauce
- parmesan cheese, serving, optional
Cook pasta per instructions (al dente), season water with salt. Three minutes before the pasta is cooked, add broccoli florets.
Combine the ingredients for the chicken seasoning.
Lightly beat the chicken breast with a meat mallet until even in thickness. Season chicken on both sides. In a skillet, heat 1 Tbsp oil over high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken breast and sear 2 minutes per side, until crispy. Turn down heat to low, cover skillet and cook another 5 minutes, until chicken is cooked and tender. Prepare the alfredo sauce recipe in a deep skillet or pot. Drain the pasta and broccoli and add to the sauce. Cut the chicken into strips or cube, add to the skillet. Toss until well combined. Top the pasta with fresh parmesan cheese.
