The BEST Deviled Eggs
Classic recipe for Deviled eggs. Hard boiled eggs half and the yolk mixed with a combination of mayo, mustard, salt and pepper then sprinkled with paprika on top. Enjoy the many filling ideas and variations for the traditional eggs.

Ingredients
6
large eggs, boiled
1/4
cup
mayonnaise
1
tsp
dijon mustard
¼
tsp
white vinegar
⅛
tsp
ground paprika
salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions
In a
pot
, add 6 eggs and cover the eggs with cold water and bring to a boil. Cook ten minutes.
Remove the eggs and add into a
bowl
of cold water and ice.
Once eggs are cool, peel the eggs and cut in half. Add the egg yolks into a bowl.
Add mayo, dijon, vinegar, paprika, salt and pepper to the egg yolks and mix until creamy.
Add the mixture to a
piping bag
or
bag
with a corner cut and pipe the mixture into the center of the egg whites.
Top with desired toppings and serve on a e
gg platter.
