Ingredients

lasagne pasta

shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Cook lasagne pasta according to package instructions.
Prepheat oven to 375°F.
In a
skillet
, saute the ground chicken with 1 Tbsp oil. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
In a
bowl
, mix together cooled chicken, cilantro, ricotta cheese, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper.
Prepare recipe for
homemade Alfredo sauce.
Lay out all the lasagne pasta. Add the chicken mixture onto a lasagne strip and tightly roll up.
Repeat with the remaining meat and pasta.
Add the lasagne rolls into a
casserole dish
with the seam down.
Pour the alfredo sauce over the roll ups and top with shredded cheese.
Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes. Uncover and bake until sauce bubbles and cheese melts.
Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
