  • 1 lb boneless pork chops (4 pork chops)
  • 3 Tbsp oil

pork chop seasoning-


  • Lightly beat pork chops with a meat mallet and season pork chops on both sides.
  • In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
  • Oil both sides of the pork chops and season with the seasoning.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  • Sear pork chops 2 minutes per side. Turn heat down to med/low and cook an additional 6-8 minutes.
  • Remove the pork chops from the grill, cover to keep warm for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Enjoy.
