In a bowl, whisk together eggs, half and half, salt, pepper, cheese, and herbs until combined.
Stovetop Method-
Grease the skillet with butter or baking spray. Pour egg mixture into skillet. Close the lid and cook on medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
Oven Method-
Grease a 9”-10” round pie dish. Bake at 375°F 20-25 minutes, or 350°F for 30-35minutes.
Muffin Method-
Grease muffin pans and divide egg mixture equally. Bake 375°F for 12-15 minutes.
Notes
Cheese: You can use your favorite shredded cheese, Colby jack, mild cheddar, or mozzarella.Herbs: Use your favorite herbs, or leave them out. Cilantro, parsley, green onion or dill would all work.
