Banana Pancakes Recipe

  • In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Whisk together sugar, mashed bananas, egg, milk, vanilla and oil in a separate bowl. Add in the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • In a skillet, melt 2 Tbsp butter. Using a 1/4 measuring cup scoop 4 pancakes and cook over medium heat.
  • Once the batter begins to bubble the pancakes are ready to be flipped. Cook until the center is cooked through.
  • Add 2 Tbsp butter and cook remaining batter.
  • Top with desired toppings and serve.

Notes

REHEATING PANCAKES- 
  • TOASTER OVEN- warm in the toaster oven.
  • MICROWAVE- cook in 20-second increments until warm.
  • OVEN- Add to a baking sheet and cover with foil to bake. Bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
