Breakfast Tacos Recipe
The easiest recipe for breakfast tacos. Flour tortillas loaded with sausage, scrambled eggs, cheese, salsa, and sour cream.
- 6 small tortillas (flour or corn)
- 6 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp half and half
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 oz ground sausage
- desired taco toppings
In a skillet, saute the ground sausage until fully cooked. Break apart with meat chopper. Remove the meat from the skillet and transer to a serving bowl and cover to keep warm.
Combine the eggs, milk and salt and pepper to taste and mix with a whisk until cimbined and fluffy.
In the same skillet, with the left over grease, scramble the egg mixture until eggs are cooked.Add to a serving bowl.
Warm the tortillas and prepare the desired toppings.
Add the meat, eggs, and desired toppings onto a tortilla and enjoy!
