Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 1/2 cups strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup whole milk, or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1/3 cup ice, optional

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
