Have you ever wondered what the proper way to cut a pineapple is? In this tutorial, we will teach you all the tips and tricks on how to cut a pineapple.
Stand the pineapple on the base. Cut off the skin going along with the shape of the fruit.
Slice the cleaned pineapple in half down the middle, lengthwise.
Lay the halves of the pineapple flat on the cutting board and cut in half again and cut the core out at an angle.
Cutting into cubes-
Once the core is removed cut the pieces lengthwise one more and then into even sized cubes.
Cutting into slices-
When the core is removed, cut the pineapple into even slices.
Cutting into spears-
Cut the pineapple into large or thick spears.
Finely chopping-
Slice the pineapple into thin strands, then finely chop the strands.

Storing the pineapple-
REFRIGERATOR- Add the cut fruit into an airtight container and store it in the fridge for up to a week.
FREEZE- Lay the pineapple pieces onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze. Once frozen, transfer to a freezer bag and freeze for up to 3 months.
