Loaded French Fries Recipe

Homemade Loaded French Fries make for the best appetizer. Crispy fries topped with shredded cheese, bacon, sour cream, and green onion- so easy yet so good!

  • 32 oz frozen french fries
  • 2 cups shredded cheese**
  • 8 oz bacon chopped and cooked
  • 3 Tbsps green onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup sour cream


  • Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a 9x13 baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Add the frozen french fries to the baking sheet and bake for about 18-20 minutes or until cooked through and crispy.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven and top with shredded cheese and cooked chopped bacon. Bake for an additional 3-4 minutes, until the cheese melts.
  • Top with freshly chopped green onion, sour cream, and any other desired toppings and serve.
  • Enjoy!


**Shredded Cheese- For the shredded cheese you want to use Colby jack cheese, Mexican, mild cheddar, or monetary jack cheese.
