Simple Raspberry Lemonade

There is nothing better than a refreshing glass of homemade Raspberry Lemonade. Freshly squeezed lemonade combined with a flavorful raspberry syrup and served over ice, so GOOD!

Ingredients

Lemonade-

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups lemon juice (about 7-8 lemons)
  • 3/4 cup sweetner

Raspberry Syrup-

  • 12 oz raspberries, fresh
  • 1 cups water
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, over low heat, add the water and granulated sugar and cook until the sugar dissolves. Set aside and allow to cool.
  • Add all the ingredients for the raspberry syrup; the raspberries, water, and granulated sugar, to a blender and blend until pureed.
  • In a pitcher, mix together the lemon juice, sugar water and ice. Pour the raspberry syrup into the pitcher through a sieve.
  • Mix and add in lemon slices, fresh raspberries and ice. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Note: You can skip running the mixture through a sieve if you want the lemonade thicker.
