Ingredients

  • 24 oz frozen cheese ravioli
  • 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 4 Tbsp cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Cook the ravioli according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  • Meanwhile, in a large skillet, sautee the butter with garlic and diced tomatoes for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Quickly whisk in the flour until incorporated.
  • Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, salt and pepper and stir to combine.
  • Add the parmesan cheese and cream cheese continue stirring until cream cheese melts.
  • Allow the sauce to simmer until it thickens. Add the ravioli into the sauce and cook until the pasta is reheated.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy.
