Crack Chicken isn’t the most appealing name for the recipe but it suits this recipe perfectly. The recipe gets its name for being SOO addictive. You just cannot stop eating it.
1. Pour 1/3 cup chicken broth into instant pot. 2. Add whole chicken breasts to the pot. 3. In a medium bowl, combine ingredients for the cream cheese.
4. Spread the mixture over the chicken breasts. 5. Top with cubed butter. 6. Cook chicken and release with a quick release of pressure.
7. Remove chicken from pot and shred with two forks. 8. Add back to the instant pot, add the shredded cheese and mix everything with a spatula until well incorporated.
