Sauteed mushrooms and onions in a creamy and thick soup base, so delicious!
– Mushrooms – Oil – Butter – Onions – Garlic – Broth – Flour – Seasoning – Heavy Whipping Cream
Sautee the mushroom and remove from the pot.
Saute onions then add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the mushrooms back to the pot and whisk in the flour.
Pour in the broth and seasoning and cook on medium heat.
Add in the heavy whipping cream and bring to a simmer.
Serve with freshly chopped greens.
